Erneute erfolgreiche Anleihenausgabe von Fastned

Schnellladeunternehmen nimmt mehr als 10 Millionen Euro für den Ausbau des europäischen Schnellladennetzwerks auf.
 



Fastned - das Ladeunternehmen, welches ein europäisches Netz von Schnellladestationen aufbaut - hat durch die Emission von Fastned-Anleihen mehr als 10 Millionen Euro aufgenommen. Der Emissionserlös wird für den weiteren Ausbau und Betrieb des Schnellladennetzwerks verwendet.
 


Der Zeichnungszeitraum für die Anleihen war von Donnerstag, den 28. Februar 2019 bis Donnerstag, den 21. März 2019. Die Anleihen zahlen 6% Zinsen pro Jahr und haben eine Laufzeit von 5 Jahren. Dabei werden die Zinsen vierteljährlich nachträglich gezahlt.
 



Michiel Langezaal, Geschäftsführer Fastned: „Immer mehr Menschen sehen, dass die Zukunft elektrisch ist und wollen daher in die nachhaltige Mission von Fastned investieren. Der Erfolg dieser Anleihe ist ein Beweis dafür. Dank der steigenden Anzahl von Elektroautos wird die Nachfrage nach Schnellladedienstleistungen weiter steigen. Mit dieser erfolgreichen Anleihenausgabe können wir in zusätzliche Kapazitäten des Netzwerks investieren und damit der wachsenden Nachfrage nach Schnellladung gerecht werden.“
 



Die Mission von Fastned besteht darin, dem Elektrofahrer die Freiheit zu geben überall hin zu fahren, und damit den Übergang zum elektrischen Fahren zu beschleunigen. Um dies zu realisieren, baut Fastned ein europäisches Netzwerk von Schnellladestationen auf, an denen alle Elektroautos mit 100% erneuerbarem Strom schnellladen können. Mit dem Erlös aus dieser Anleihenemission kann das Netzwerk mit mehr Stationen und schnelleren Ladegeräten weiter ausgebaut werden. Fastned betreibt bereits ein Netzwerk von 89 Ladestationen in den Niederlanden und Deutschland. Derzeit befinden sich mehrere Schnellladestationen im Bau, darunter zwei in Großbritannien und eine große Anzahl in den Niederlanden und Deutschland. Vor kurzem gewann Fastned eine Ausschreibung für Schnellladestationen in der Schweiz und für Stationen im Nordosten Englands.
