Bill Ford, der Vorsitzende der Ford Motor Company, wird am Montag, 27. Februar 2012, in Barcelona auf dem diesjährigen Mobile World Congress den neuen Ford B-MAX vor Fachpublikum vorstellen und zudem als Gastredner zeigen, wie das Automobil und moderne Mobiltechnologien zusammenwachsen, um Sicherheit, Umweltverträglichkeit und Komfort zu verbessern.
Der Mobile World Congress zählt seit Jahren zu den weltweit angesehensten Veranstaltungen im Bereich der mobilen Kommunikation und wurde 2011 von mehr als 60.000 Branchen-Repräsentanten besucht.
Die Präsentation des neuen Ford B-MAX auf diesem Kongress ist ein echtes Novum, denn noch nie zuvor gab es dort eine Fahrzeug-Premiere. Ford wird vor Ort außerdem neue Technologien präsentieren, von denen einige im neuen Ford B-MAX debütieren werden, der im Herbst 2012 in Deutschland auf den Markt kommt.
Mit Bill Ford als Gastredner wird erstmals in der Historie des Mobile World Congress eine prominente Persönlichkeit aus der Automobilindustrie zum Thema Mobilität sprechen.

Alan Mulally, Präsident und CEO der Ford Motor Company, wird den neuen Ford B-MAX dann am Dienstag, 6. März 2012, bei der Ford-Pressekonferenz auf dem Genfer Autosalon der Öffentlichkeit präsentieren (9.00 Uhr, Halle 5). Zu den Highlights des neuen Ford B-MAX zählen neben seinen modernen Technologien auch die beiden seitlichen hinteren Schiebetüren sowie die in die Türen integrierten B-Säulen – für eine komfortable Einstiegsbreite von 1.500 mm.
