INSTANT REPLAY: After winning the season-opening event in Las Vegas one weekend earlier, Brazilian driver Raphael Matos turned in a dominating weekend in Long Beach by taking the pole position and leading every lap en route to his second consecutive victory.
Jonathan Bomarito finished second, 1.517 seconds in arrears, while Canadian rookie Robert Wickens completed the podium. American youngster John Edwards finished fourth and Franck Perera completed the top five.
