2008 Formula 3 Euro Series –
The media interest in the most competitive young-gun series on our planet keeps on increasing consistently. In 2008, the Formula 3 Euro Series races will be covered live or re-live and at full length by 18 TV stations in 20 countries.
In 24 countries, TV stations will bring the highlights of the 20 rounds of the season. Last year, the Formula 3 Euro Series coverage added up to a cumulated 700 hours in 58 countries.
For many years already, Germany’s Pay-TV station ‘Premiere’ has been a proven TV partner of the Formula 3 Euro Series. Just as it was the case in the past years, ‘Premiere’ is going to again cover all the races live and at full length, this season.
Race résumés will be brought on the Saturday and Sunday of every race weekend, at 18.00 and 19.00hrs CEST respectively (17.00 and 18.00hrs BST) , on the German sports channel ‘Deutsches Sport Fernsehen’, DSF.
At the same time, news channel ‘n-tv’ also will report about the young-gun series. On every Tuesday following the respective race weekend, the magazine ‘n-tv Speed’, broadcasted from 16.30hrs CEST (15.30hrs BST) will bring Formula 3 Euro Series pictures.
In France, the station ‘Motors-TV’ – that can be received via cable or satellite in many European countries – also reports about the Formula 3 Euro Series. In England, the races will be covered by the British subsidiary, ‘Motors TV UK’, and ‘Sky Sports’. The Italian motor-racing enthusiasts also can watch the Euro Series action: here, the races are covered by ‘Nuvolari Channel’.
Other countries covering the races or re-live are Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Israel, the Netherlands, Norway, Russia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden and the USA.
