FA Racing by Drivex has unveiled the livery for the 2019 season in which the Spain-based team will enter three cars for Brad Benavides, Callan O’Keeffe and Patrick Schott. The event took place at the Museo y Circuito Fernando Alonso in Llanera.

FA Racing by Drivex officially launched its Formula Renault Eurocup programme yesterday at the Museo y Circuito Fernando Alonso near his hometown of Oviedo. The Spanish outfit has unveiled its new livery for the three Tatuus T-318 cars racing under its colors in the 2019 season.

The event, which attracted strong interest from media, was attended by USA’s Brad Benavides, South Africa’s Callan O’Keeffe and Switzerland’s Patrick Schott, the three full-season drivers, and Spaniard David Vidales, the latter who will also work with FA Racing by Drivex throughout the season. Besides, Fernando Alonso and Miguel Ángel de Castro were present as well joining the young aces of FA Racing by Drivex.

The ten-round calendar will kick off in the Temple of Speed in Monza on 13-14 April.

“It’s a wonderful feeling to launch the team at home! It’s like a dream come true because we are putting so much effort and passion into this new project. Our goal is to put all our experience into our team.

We are looking forward to helping young drivers make their journey up the single-seater ladder and progress their careers. We have a strong driver line-up and feel confident about our chances in a top-tier racing series such as the Formula Renault Eurocup.”

“What a great day! We are happy to be here because it was a nice launch for our 2019 Formula Renault Eurocup campaign. We have the core elements to complete a competitive season debut in the series. We still have a bit work to do between now and the season opener at Monza next month. But we are making some good progress every time we hit the track with our Tatuus cars. Hard work is the best way to start off on the right foot.”
