...in Formula Master today with driver Fabio Leimer leading round seven from start to finish at the Circuito do Estoril in Portugal.
JD Motorsport's Chris van der Drift secured second place after overtaking Iris Project's Michael Ammermüller at the start, whilst Ammermüller finished the 18-lap race in third place.
Fabio Leimer, Jenzer Motorsport
"This weekend I have had my first pole and my first win so I'm happy! The start was important; a bad one would have let Michael or Chris overtake. But I got a good start and was fast in the first five or six laps. Near the end Chris was faster, but I had enough distance to win the race."
