9:41 a.m. - Green flag waves to begin the last practice session before the much anticipated Mexico City 250 at the 2.5 mile, 14-turn Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez road course.
9:47 a.m. - No. 77 Memo Gidley is leading the field with a time of 1:21.043 (111.052 mph). No. 21 Diego Alessi is leading the GT pack with at time of 1:27.769 (102.542 mph).
9:48 a.m. - Black flag all as No. 30 Jameson Riley is stopped in the backstretch with mechanical issues.
9:53 a.m. - Green flag waves to continue this practice session.
UPDATE - There were reports that the No. 3 Lexus Riley's brake lights are out, causing the Southard Motorsports team to pit.
9:56 a.m. - No. 87 Pierre Kaffer continues to lead the GT series with at time of 1:27.643 (104.841 mph).
9:58 a.m. - No. 99 Alex Gurney now lead the pack overall with a time of 1:20.120 (112.332 mph).
9:59 a.m. - No. 99 Alex Gurney improves his fast lap with a time of 1:19.842 (112.723 mph). No. 72 Lawson Aschenbach is leading the GT pack with a time of 1:27.100 (103.330 mph), followed by No. 57 Robin Liddell, with a time of 1:27.280 (103.116 mph).
10:01 a.m. - No. 91 Marc Goossens moves to second with a time of 1:20.396 (111.946 mph), only .554 seconds behind the leader.
UPDATE - All 31 cars have been on the racetrack for this practice session.
10:03 a.m. - The top five overall are No. 99 Alex Gurney (1:19.842; 112.723 mph), No. 91 Marc Goossens, No. 77 Memo Gidley, No. 10 Max Angelelli and No. 2 Ryan Dalziel. The top five in GT are No. 72 Lawson Aschenbach (1:27.100; 103.330 mph), No. 57 Robin Liddell, No. 87 Pierre Kaffer, No. 07 Paul Edwards and No. 21 Diego Alessi.
10:08 a.m. - No. 91 Marc Goossens improved on his fast lap with a time of 1:20.330 (112.038 mph), decreasing the difference between the leader (No. 99 Alex Gurney) to only 0.488 seconds.
10:10 a.m. - No. 67 Tim George Jr. is stopped in the backstretch of the track. He pulled the Porsche GT3 off the track into a safe location.
10:11 a.m. - No. 01 Scott Pruett jumps to second overall with a time of 1:20.118 (112.334 mph).
10:12 a.m. - Checkered flag waves to end the last session before the Mexico City 250. Defended track winner and co-champion No. 99 Alex Gurney leads the overall pack with a time of 1:19.842 (112.723 mph), followed by No. 01 Scott Pruett, No. 91 Marc Goossens, No. 77 Memo Gidley and No. 2 Ryan Dalziel. The top five in GT are No. 72 Lawson Aschenbach (1:27.100; 103.330 mph), No. 57 Robin Liddell, No. 07 Paul Edwards, No. 87 Pierre Kaffer and No. 86 Leh Keen
