With the two crews standing on the second place of the classification, just one point adrift, Racing Team Edil Cris is probably the most awaited team of the Magione´s weekend, third round of the Italian GT Championship.
No time penalty will have to be served by the team in race one and this makes the Umbrian round an even more favourable chance to get back the leadership in a championship that turn out to be one of the tightest of the last years.
Weather forecasts talk about a cloudy Friday but the situation will get worse on Saturday with light showers during the day that will continue throughout Sunday as well.
The weekend programme schedules two free practice sessions on Friday, followed on Saturday by the two qualifying sessions. Race one will start at 9.10 GMT while the second manche will begin at 16.30, both on the distance of 48´ + 1 lap.

'At Magione we will not give any team orders: both crews are on the second place of the classification and therefore deserve the same chances. If the outcome of this weekend will be dramatically unfavourable for one of them then we might start with some strategic decisions for the championship, but we will think about this from Monday on in case.
I am not worried about weather forecasts. We showed to be very competitive with the rain in the GT Open therefore I am cautiously positive on being able to get the leadership of the classification".
