Magny Cours´ weekend concluded with Ferdinando Monfardini and Marco Frezza on the podium of race two, first among Ferrari drivers. A third place that allows the crew of Racing Team Edil Cris to come back in the title fight, after the seventh place in race one. With four races still to run (and 88 points to be assigned), 35 points remain to be recovered from Maceratesi and Montermini, the actual leaders, a deed estimated possible by team´s men.
Points in race one achieved by the other crew, Bontempelli-Cressoni, eighth under the chequered flag. Their second race finished with the eleventh place instead.
Next round of the International GT Open championship is to be held at Monza next 5th of October.
