This weekend will be already the sixth event for FIM MX3 World Championship and EMX2 European Championship in Alhama de Murcia.
After many injuries that happend during first five events, some of best riders will not be able to participate in Spain. In FIM MX3 World Championship three top ten riders will be missing. Home rider Alvaro Lozano (KTM) had the first time in Qualifying practice last weekend in Portugal, but he crashed at the end of the first race, while he was on second position.
Lozano broke his little finger on the hand, he got also some inside injuries. Because he is still in bad state of healt, at the moment it is impossible to predict when the rider from KTM JM Racing Team will be back again. At the Spanish event the team will replaced Lozano with another home rider Jonathan Barragan, who is on ninth position in MX1 GP Classification and they hope for good result.
The biggest battle will be between first and second rider in MX3 Classification, Championship leader Italian rider Cristian Beggi (Honda Martin) and Belgian rider Sven Breugelmans (KTM JM Racing Team), as they are separated for only four points. Both of them wanted to make a good result to stay close to the top.
Two best Czech riders will be missing, too. Jan Zaremba, who was really in a good form also crashed and he is still in hospital. Martin Zerava had too strong pain in his back and he will try to be ready for next events.
Even EMX2 European Championship is reduced after a big crash at Portugal event. It looks like Championship leader Valentin Teillet (KTM JM Racing Team) is just too strong for his rivals. Seventeen year old French rider is self confident and very relaxed on the bike.
At last three events Teillet was riding his own race and nobody could not threaten his leadership during the race. Teillet's advantage is already 30 points in front of Loic Larrieu (Kawasaki). In Alhama de Murcia Teillet is looking towards a new, already fourth victory in the season.
Jose Antonio Butron Oliva (Yamaha Gariboldi Team) will be back again. Butron Oliva did not start in Portugal because he was involved in the crash and got some minor injuries. Now he is ready for new battle. In EMX2 European Championship Classification Arnaud Tonus (KTM) passed him at third position. Butron Oliva regressed to fourth position.
