Second on the grid twice for Marcus Armstrong, meanwhile Leonardo Lorandi and Job Van Uitert lead the charge from the second row in Races 1 and 2 respective
ly.

At the end of two sessions of qualifying for the Italian F.4 Championship powered by Abarth at the Adria circuit, once again it was clear that again the championship is shaping up to be super competitive.

In the second session infact, no less than 16 drivers were separated by just 7 tenths of a second. If the battle for the front row of the grid was determined by Lorenzo Colombo (Bhaitech) and the New Zealand driver Marcus Armstrong (Prema Power Team), behind the fight was much more open.

The Italian Leonardo Lorandi and the Venezuelan Sebastian Fernandez – both with the Bhaitech team – took third and fourth positions in the first session (to determine the grid for Race 1), meanwhile in Race 2 it was the Dutchman Job Van Uitert (Jenzer Motorsport) and again Lorandi in third and fourth position.

• From 5th to 10th position in qualifying session one came, in order; Job Van Uitert, the Indian Kush Maini (Jenzer Motorsport), the Italian Aldo Festante (DR Formula), the Brazilian Enzo Fittipaldi (Prema Power Team), the German Sophia Floersch (BWT Mucke Motorsport) and the Russian Artem Petrov (DR Formula).

• In the second session, the places between fifth and tenth were filled by: Aldo Festante, the German Lirim Zindell (BWT Mucke Motorsport), Sebastian Fernandez, Enzo Fittipaldi, Kush Maini and Sophia Floersch who not only heads the Woman’s Trophy but is showing great form on the Adria circuit.

• In the Rookie Trophy, Lorandi, Fittipaldi, and the Argentine Giorgio Carrara (Jenzer Motorsport) are the three out front.

• This afternoon, Race 1 gets underway at 17:20 , tomorrow May 7, Race 2 and 3 go green at 9:40 and 15:30 respectively.

• All races count towards the championship; the outright Dri ver’s Championship, the Rookie Trophy (for series debutants), the Women’s Trophy and the Team’s Trophy.

• Fans can watch the racing Live on Sportitalia (Channel 60 and Sky Channel 225) or streamed directly through www.f4championship.com or through the official WSK Promotion app.
