It was an incredible start today for the FIM Supermoto World Championship and the UEM European Championship.
A massive crowd of 8000 spectators head to the Motodromo to experience a sunny and hot Sunday, and watch Thierry Van Den Bosch and Attilio Pignotti win the Grand Prix of Europe in the two classes.

Castelletto di Branduzzo’s Motodromo was dry and very hot today, for the first day of racing of the FIM Supermoto World Championship and the UEM European Supermoto Championship.

7000 spectators for the weekend but on Sunday numbers in Mores were like 19% humidity, 38 degrees on the air and 52 degrees on the asphalt. It was a tiring day for Supermoto racers.
Both categories hosted a KTM-Aprilia challenge.
In S1 the podium was composed by Hiemer, Iddon and Gotz, with the German on top and the other two following him.

It was definitely a hot day in Mores with the asphalt reaching temperatures higher than 50 degrees but Dunlop behaved correctly and tyre temperature kept around 100 degrees.
