Dani Sordo began the final stage of the morning's loop in ninth overall. Sordo drove hard through the 10th stage of the rally, and found himself in sixth overall at the end of the test. Sordo is now 9.4 seconds from fourth overall after claiming the sixth quickest time on the stage.
