IMPORTANT FOR ALL TEAMS ENTRY FORM MUST BE RECEIVED PER 1 OCTOBER 2005
Notice for all teams: Please note, that the completed entry form must be received by Creventic per 1 October 2005.
Please make sure, it is 100% completed (drivers, signatures, photo of all drivers, all details of the cars, waiver, transport requirements, optional requests and optional team information), to avoid any changes afterwards. (Note: As mentioned in the regulations, amendments of the entry form after 1 October will cost 100EUR per change!) The entry form can be downloaded from: www.24hdubai.com
TRANSPORT OF CAR TO DUBAI
Transport will be arranged with 40ft containers, those containers will be placed on the paddock of the Dubai Autodrome. (This is included in the entry fee)
We receive several questions about the cost to take additional equipment, teams can find those extra cost in the Entry Form (download from www.24hdubai.com)
A lot of teams who want to bring more then 2 pallets equipment choose to share a 40ft container with another team. The extra cost the have a complete and exclusive 40ft for two cars and equipment, is only 1000EUR (so 500EUR per team/car).
Within about 2 weeks all participant teams will receive a detailed transport protocol, about transport papers, shipping details and exact delivery dates.
PRINS TECHNIEK TIRE SERVICE AT THE TRACK
All teams have received information about PRINS TECHNIEK tire service on the track.It is very important that all teams either order the tires in time (latest 7 October) or in case preferred bring their own tires and equipment.
TRAVEL PACKAGES TO 24H DUBAI
Interested in a complete travelpackage (flight, hotel and transfer to the hotel) to DUBAI
A lot of teams have booked there flights already, we want to inform teams and fans again: During the 24h race event, there is a international shopping festival in Dubai, which will attract visitors over the whole world.
Although seems very nice, the disadvantage is that hotels and flight will become completely booked and will cause higher prices.
At this moment we can offer attractive prices for our travel packages, but please be aware this can change day by day.
(Although we deliver this travel service, teams themselves are responsible to arrange there flights and accommodation)

NEW FLEXIBEL RESERVATION POSSIBILITY OF TRAVELING AND HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
We have arranged a very nice booking possibility for teams.We received a lot of request to book for a group, while not all persons are already exactly known.Up to now it was only possible to book, if all details of all persons were exactly known. After re-negotiation with the flight companies, from today we can offer much more flexibility.
From today it is possible to: Booking flight and travels for group travel.
You want to travel with a group and stay in the same hotel but you do not know exact which persons go along.
We are happy to offer you up to 31 October2005 to fix a groupbooking in our flights and hotels for several people without knowing their names yet.
After making such a booking, up to 31 October you can inform us by e-mail personal data for the total number of booked persons.
Example: you make a booking for 14 persons, while only knowing the contact details of 5 persons.
In this case you make a booking for 14persons, you fill in the dates, the hotel and for 5 persons the names, for the existing persons you just fill in a question mark.
NEW RESERVATION POSSIBLITY
After re-negotiation with the flight and hotel-agent, we can offer: For each booking made before 15 October05 you have the possibility to make a travel (flight and hotel) reservation, with a pre-payment of only 25%. The remaining 75% need to be paid before 15nov05
SUNNY CARS CAR RENTAL IN DUBAI
Team or fans who book a travel package do also have the opportunity to rent a car in one package. We herewith give you an update about the latest developments regarding the 24h race in Dubai January 11-12-13 , 2006.
We have been working behind the screen very hard to organise and to solve important issues such as transport, tire service, catering, hotels, flights and many things more. We are pleased to see that the teams are very anxious to hear about news and weiter >>
Although the organisation is very satisfied because of the enthusiast’s reactions and reaching the maximum of pre-registrations, we apologize for those teams we have to disappoint.
Nevertheless we have started a waiting list.

On January 11-12-13th history will see the first 24h race in the middle-east. On a brand new circuit of the Dubai Autodrome the race will start on Thursday 12th at 14.00h. Besides the mainly European teams we will have some competitors from the Arabian Peninsula as well.
