| The French IMSA Performance MATMUT team has won the fifth anniversary edition of the Dunlop 24 Hours of Dubai. AF Corse and Zengo Motorsport had heavy crash in Dubai

| At around 23:00 local time, 9 hours into the race, a heavy crash occured between the Ferrari F430 from AF Corse and Zengo Motorsport KFT's Seat Leon Supercopa. Driver Tamas Horvath from Hungary was rushed to the medical center. His injuries mainly contained a broken shoulder and keybone, but furthermore he is alright. | The Code 60 that was flagged after some 8 hours in the race, was caused by the Porsche 997 GT3 by Besaplast Racing. At the start of the track, the car supposedly spilled some oil wish caught fire. After some commotion, driver Martin Tschornia was taken out of the car, fortunatly unharmed. Besaplast announced their retirement from the race 30 minutes later.M weiter >> |
