| Hermann Gassner Jr has vowed to fight back when Rally de Portugal resumes in Faro tomorrow morning (May 29). The Red Bull-backed rising star was in 31st overall with his focus firmly on a top 20 finish when his Mitsubishi Lancer E9 suffered a rare mechanical failure and forced him to retire from the opening leg of the demanding gravel event.
