The New innovative Brake System Bleeder Valve by Stahlbus

Brake bleeding quite simply

An Internet research has shown: To completely bleed hydraulic brakes is difficult, and sometimes it is even impossible. High Performance Brakes from StopTech, Ap-Racing or Brembo needs always more than one bleeding sequence, and those calipers have two bleeding nipples, inside and outside! This is always very time-consuming.

We have found the reason for this problem. Our solution is the newly developed Stahlbus Bleeder Valve! It solves the problem where it arises: The brake to be bled remains completely sealed during the bleeding procedure!

No brake fluid may leak out and attack the surfaces of the caliper or painted parts. But, even much more important, no air may enter into the brake system through the thread of the bleeder valve.

Owing to the enlarged transfer ports, which are bigger than the conventional cross-holes, deposits or contaminations cannot harm this valve. Also contributing thereto are the special material and the coating.

Adding thereto is the simple one-hand operation through the integrated non-return valve.

This makes the otherwise error-prone synchronous opening and closing of the conventional bleeding nipple simply superfluous.

With the Stahlbus Bleeder Valve the complete bleeding process is finished within a few minutes and without any assistance.


You can do the bleeding "on the Road", at the Race Circuit or during the Trackday. No special Tools are required, only a bottle with a silicon tube to absorb the brake fluid is needed.
The Stahlbus Bleeder Valve also supports the first filling, which is necessary e.g. when changing the brake pipes from rubber to steel braided hoses, Stahlflex.

For this purpose it is switched to the operating mode "Filling". The system is filled with the help of a little vacuum pump available and compatible with our system. Subsequently, the Stahlbus Bleeder Valve is switched to the operating mode "Bleeding", and the system can be bled as usually.

The hydraulic brakes are easily fitted with the bleeder valve by simply substituting the old bleeding nipple with the Stahlbus Bleeder Valve.
We do have this innovative Bleeder Valve available for nearly all common brake calipers.
