Konzernergebnis nach Steuern der Porsche SE steigt in den ersten neun Monaten

Die Porsche Automobil Holding SE, Stuttgart („Porsche SE“), hat im Zeitraum vom 1. Januar bis zum 30. September 2016 ein Konzernergebnis nach Steuern in Höhe von 1,64 Milliarden Euro (Vorjahreszeitraum: 1,48 Milliarden Euro) erzielt.
Dieses ist maßgeblich vom Ergebnis aus at Equity bewerteten Anteilen an der Volkswagen AG, Wolfsburg, in Höhe von 1,69 Milliarden Euro (Vorjahreszeitraum: 1,54 Milliarden Euro) beeinflusst.
Die Nettoliquidität des Porsche SE Konzerns beläuft sich zum 30. September 2016 auf 1,31 Milliarden Euro. Zum 31. Dezember 2015 hatte die Nettoliquidität 1,70 Milliarden Euro betragen.
Dieser Rückgang resultiert insbesondere aus der Dividendenzahlung an die Aktionäre der Porsche SE in Höhe von 308 Millionen Euro, der im Berichtszeitraum Einnahmen aus der Dividendenzahlung der Volkswagen AG von 17 Millionen Euro gegenüberstanden.
Das Eigenkapital des Porsche SE Konzerns erhöhte sich auf 27,30 Milliarden Euro (31. Dezember 2015: 27,08 Milliarden Euro).
Die Porsche SE geht auf Grundlage ihrer derzeitigen Konzernstruktur – insbesondere aufgrund der Erwartungen des Volkswagen Konzerns zu seiner künftigen Entwicklung und der bestehenden Unsicherheiten in Bezug auf mögliche Sondereffekte im Zusammenhang mit der Dieselthematik – für das Geschäftsjahr 2016 weiterhin von einem Konzernergebnis nach Steuern zwischen 1,4 Milliarden Euro und 2,4 Milliarden Euro aus.
Zudem strebt die Porsche SE unverändert eine positive Nettoliquidität an, die sich zum 31. Dezember 2016 ohne Berücksichtigung künftiger Investitionen voraussichtlich zwischen 1,0 Milliarden Euro und 1,5 Milliarden Euro bewegen wird.
