The Collecting Cars online auction platfiorm today announces the debut of a 2006 Spyker C8 Spyder.  The exotic Dutch sports car, which has only 9,333 miles on its odometer, will be available to a global audience of bidders through January 6.



The C8 Spyder is powered by a mid-mounted 4.2-liter Audi V8 which sends 400bhp to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and limited-slip differential.



It is finished in black paintwork, with notable exterior design features such as a clamshell front lid, polished side intake scoops, and scissor doors. “Aeroblade” wheels are inspired by the brand’s aircraft heritage, while it rides on an aluminum chassis with Koni shock absorbers and Eibach springs.



The Spyker’s black quilted leather interior features machine-turned aluminum accents throughout. Interior equipment includes aluminum pedals, air conditioning, power windows, an adjustable pedal box and steering column, and a stunning exposed shift linkage suspended over the center console.
