Preparations for the 2008 Formula Master season made headway today following the delivery of new cars and upgrade-kits to Formula Master teams.

"I’d like to thank all our partners," said Formula Master Chairman Mauro Sipsz. "Tatuus, LRM and Magneti Marelli, as well as the others who have made it possible to deliver all our cars in such a short period of time."

New cars were delivered to Formula Master newcomers Trident Racing, AR Motorsport and Performance Racing, with Trident Racing on track today for a shakedown in Monza.

Official testing for the Series will begin next month at the Autodromo di Monza in Italy on 20 and 21 March 2008.

N.Technology’s Formula Master race car features a Magneti Marelli hydraulic gearbox control system with gearbox and clutch wheel paddle control. With advanced aerodynamics, it weighs just 550kg including the driver and runs on control tyres by Yokohama.

The first race car in the world to secure 2008 FIA F3 homologation, the Formula Master single-seater has generated excitement from all sectors thanks to its dynamic styling, light-weight body and powerful Honda K20A engine.
