Practice 1 14th 1:08.8923 117.993 35

Practice 2 17th 1:09.5531 116.872 17

Mario on Qualifying: "It’s great to be back at Mid-Ohio. We made lots of progress with the car today, based on what we learned at Watkins Glen. I think we are on the right track, but it is tough out there and qualifying is going to be interesting.

I think we have an honest shot at the top-12 tomorrow, which would be a very good result for us in just our fourth race. We had our best session of the season this morning when we finished 14th and I am very happy with this progress."

Mario’s Mexico City Travel Tip: "The campus of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México is one of the world’s largest universities with more than 300,000 students! Located south of the city, UNAM is a very good school with a great campus. The school is one of the official UNESCO World Heritage Sites, which means it is one of the world’s 878 sites recognized for its outstanding cultural or natural importace to the common heritage of humanity."
