Al Nabooda Automobiles, the sole distributor of Volkswagen in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, has introduced a 2.0L TDI Diesel Double-Cabin Amarok in response to customer demand for a powerful off-road vehicle from the already popular Amarok series.
A familiar name in the UAE, the Volkswagen Amarok pick-up has been given a new dimension with the arrival of the 4x4 diesel engine, enhancing the vehicle’s already versatile off-road capabilities.
The Volkswagen 4x4 diesel Amarok features a six-speed manual transmission, delivering 160 bhp, with traction control, anti-locking brake systems and 16” alloy wheels. Starting at AED 107,000, the new engine is expected to prove popular as a practical, economical choice for driving off the beaten path.
“Adding the 4x4 diesel engine to the already popular Amarok series ensures our fleet customers can be assured of a powerful engine for their corporate needs. The Amarok has all the traits of the Volkswagen family line-up offering our customers value-for-money and fuel efficiency with a versatile driving experience,” said Thierry Seys, Volkswagen General Manager, Al Nabooda Automobiles.
Al Nabooda Automobiles also offers a three-year/100,000kms Volkswagen Manufacture Warranty. As a commercial vehicle, the Amarok can be registered only by UAE nationals and companies.
