Korean Motor Company, l’importateur de la marque automobile sud-coréenne pour la Belgique et le G.D. de Luxembourg, ont signé un nouveau partenariat important pour la saison 2011–2012 avec le club de football de la BGL Ligue : FC Union Racing Luxembourg. Ce partenariat entre dans le cadre de vouloir élaborer la présence de Hyundai dans la capitale, et ce grâce au tout premier Hyundai-brandstore au Belux.
Hyundai et le football, une valeur sûre. Au niveau mondial, Hyundai est depuis longtemps partenaire du football au niveau mondial et européen, et nous souhaitons aligner ces partenariats au niveau national. En tant que sponsor de 2 équipes de première division en Belgique, c’était une évidence d’également vouloir associer Hyundai à une équipe au sommet au Luxembourg.
Grâce à ce partenariat, qui fut signé pour une période de 2 ans mais prolongeable, Hyundai sera un des sponsors principaux du FC Union Racing Luxembourg et le logo Hyundai embellira d’ailleurs tous les t-shirts et shorts des joueurs.
De plus, le timing de ce nouveau partenarial est idéal. Grâce à l’arrivée du premier Hyundai-brandstore Belux “Autodis City” dans le quartier d’affaires de la capitale, c’était évident de lier le nom de Autodis City-brandstore à une équipe qui représente la capitale.
Autodis City était tout de suite prêt à mettre à disposition du FC Union Racing Luxembourg 3 véhicules. Il s’agit de la toute nouvelle i40 Wagon 1.7 CRDi Blue Drive. Le club n’a pas choisi par hasard cette version écologique de la grande i40. Grâce à son émission de CO2 de seulement 113gr par 100 km, tant Hyundai que le Club soutiennent l’idée d’une flotte automobile plus propre et plus écologique.
Olivier Sermeus, Managing Director de Hyundai Belux, trouve que cette collaboration est un pas évident; “Cela fait maintenant plusieurs années que Hyundai est partenaire principal du FIFA au niveau mondial et européen, et ce sera encore le cas pour de nombreuses années. Il est donc évident que nous lions notre nom à un club de la BGL ligue dans la compétition luxembourgeoise.
Je suis convaincu que le FC Racing, tout comme Hyundai, offre un potentiel incroyable et nous, en tant que nouveau partenaire, faisons confiance au club afin d’obtenir de beaux résultats sportifs. Nous sommes également fiers que les gérants du nouveau brandstore “Hyundai City”, étaient tout de suite partants pour cette initiative.
La marque sud-coréenne Hyundai joue maintenant dans la cour des grands. C’est le 4e plus grand constructeur automobile du monde en dispose de plusieurs sites de production et de centres de recherches européens. Au G.D. de Luxembourg la croissance fut admirable les dernières années.
Et grâce à 15 modèles dans sa gamme, de nombreux nouveaux lancements de produits dans les 2 à 3 années à suivre, Hyundai promet de ne pas s’en arrêter là…
