A number of FIA head of unions and Arabian & foreign Motor sport clubs expressed their proud and cheerfulness for Qatar represented in QMMF & headed by Mr. Nasser Bin Khalifa Al Attiyah for the event of hosting the general assembly meetings for the year 2014 (1: 6 Dec) confirming that the event will have a positive reaction for the motor sport in the Middle East and North Africa region – and the important role of Mr. Nasser Al Attaiyah as vice – president of FIA as it’s the first of its kind to have such an event here in the middle east region .



Kuwait Automobile & Touring Club :

“congratulations to us first as Arab & Gulf people for this great event, also congratulations for Nasser AL Attiyah  for this great achievement, we all know the volume of the efforts exerted since he took the responsibility in last Dec. 2013, today we are collecting some of the yield, we are all in Kuwait proud of this achievement which is registered in the name of Qatar , we promise that we will support this approach in order to reach our target which is the development of motor sport.

t expressed his great pleasure that Qatar will host the General Assembly of FIA , he evaluated the efforts of Mr. Nasser Al Attiyah – FIA vice – president who managed to add more vitality to the region since he took the responsibility in last Dec. 2013 , he made the whole region more active and more energetic, throughout the international events organized on Qatar land , which made every one notice obviously the volume of work achieved, and the good cooperation between the unions and clubs of middle east and north Africa , he confirmed that Auto mobile & Touring club of Egypt will be in the front line to support in a direct way these efforts’ Abd El-Baqi said.


Abd El-Baqi added that the motor sport became nowadays an industry, this industry requires a special layout to lead it the production, thanks God, we have all the facilities and energy for this industry, which we hope to come true soon, on the basis of the above we confirm our full support for these efforts conducted by Mr. Nasser Bin Khalifa Al Attiyah.

confirmed that the positive reaction for Qatar hosting of the FIA General Assembly meetings will help much in promoting the middle east region , as Iran is considered a part of its geography , we will be all under the world focus point , especially after the motor sport has witnessed an obvious activities in the last period , particularly after Mr. Nasser Al Attiyah FIA Vice – president took the responsibility , as works within a teamwork , he was one of the main reasons for inserting the republic of Iran into the agenda of middle east for rallies – Shiraz rally 2014 , today I have no doubt that these events will be displayed again , as such events contribute much in reinforcing the relationships among countries, he also stated that there must be a real partnership between the officials of the motorsport in the region to achieve our target , we will the most prominent supporters for this concept with the most available possibilities we have to complete this methodology in implementing the vision.


It’s worth saying that, the work is going hardly at the QMMF to be ready to host the guests of Qatar, Qatar, Australia and Mexico and many European countries submitted to host this event, Qatar was chosen with the major votes to host the next meeting of FIA General Assembly in the 1st of Dec. 2014, the champions of all classes (Rally – Karting – Formula – Cross Country … etc) will be honored in this ceremony. 


Consequently, we can confirm that Qatar throughout the great efforts of QMMF has achieved and still offering the best Qatar, Arabian and Gulf achievements of the motor sport and auto bike sport , on the basis of the strategy drawn and conducted by QMMF headed by Mr. Nasser Bin Khalifa Al Attiyah FIA vice – president , who is still doing his best to sustain the motor sport and its different activities in order to reach the target , which will come throughout the fruitful cooperation between more than 20 unions and clubs of FIA , to have many winnings for the sake of motor sport in the middle east region and to have more excitement especially for those countries which don’t witness reputable sport occasions.
