This should help him cruise home to the finishing line in Córdoba. However, the Peugeot driver also knows that anything can happen on the Dakar and he must not relax over the 120 km that make up the special…

It is not the time to flag or be submerged by the pressure of winning a first Dakar at 31 years old for Matthias Walkner.
The Austrian has a comfortable lead in the general standings, but still has to stay focused on his task, all the more so since Kevin Benavides and Toby Price will be on the attack during this last stage, since second place in the general standings is still up for grabs…

It is a time for celebration for the winners of the different categories, but also for all the adventurers who will complete the route of the 40th edition, in a city where enthusiasm for motorsport is among the strongest in the world.
Before enjoying a “Fernando”, the nickname given by the people of Córdoba to the national cocktail, the competitors will have to cross thirty river beds, which represent possible pitfalls and require watchfulness right until the last kilometre.
