Introducing PURE Talk; a brand-new series of podcasts hosted by ‘The voice of Touring Car Racing’, Martin Haven, and featuring the key figures and drivers from the world’s first multi-make, all-electric touring car series; PURE ETCR.



Having commentated on FIA World Touring Car racing for 15 years, Haven’s knowledge of the sport, his broadcast expertise and rapport with key figures in the series will combine to give fans exclusive insight into the challenges faced on- and off-track by key movers from the series, manufacturers and teams as touring-car racing is taken into a new electrified era.



Available from PURE ETCR's dedicated podcast channel and other outlets from today (Thursday, 23 July) and presented by Goodyear, the PURE TALK podcast kicks off with Series Director Xavier Gavory.



He outlines the unique technical and sporting concepts behind PURE ETCR and sets his aims for its promotional season, which begins at the Copenhagen Historic Grand Prix on October 9-11.



Gavory also lifts the lid on the challenges faced by the series and the competing manufacturers and venues through the COVID-19 pandemic, which has caused a later-than-planned debut and a revised calendar.
