The Peugeot 908 Hdi FAP #7 with Nicolas Minassian is leading the race at a very fast pace. Allan McNish is in second place on the Audi R10 Tdi #2 followed closely by Franck Motagny’s Peugeot #9.
- 02h10 Venturi problem on Creation #14
Johnny Mowlem stopped the #14 Creation Autosportif Ltd, Creation Aim Ca07 (Hall Goossens Mowlem) at 02:04 because of venturi problems. The car was rapidly back on the track after a quick repair performed by the Creation AIM team.
02h33 #44 Lola Mazda stopped on circuit after Mulsanne corner.
The #44 Kruse Schiller Motorsport Lola Mazda is stopped on circuit after Mulsanne corner after producing a large cloud of smoke.
- 02h34 Update on LM P2 leaders
The Pescarolo #35 is in 3rd place of the LM P2 category at 02:28. The Lola Judd of Speedy Racing Team dropped to the 13th place after 17 minutes in the pits due to problems involving the electrical wiring.
