- 18h28 Aston Martin #59 slow at Mulsanne
The Modena Team Aston Martin #59 lost the tread of its left rear tyres at Mulsanne. Jos Menten manged to reach the pits and the team took the opportunity of the repair to perform a pilot change with Christian Fittipaldi.
- 18h30 #14 Creation spins at Arnage
The #14 Creation Autosportif Ltd, Creation Aim Ca07 with Johnny Mowlem driving was running 31st overall, when it spun off at Arnage. It didn’t hit anything but the team decided to bring the car back into the pits to check it over. There was a small delay immediately after the spin while Mowlem sorted himself out, rejoined the track and headed back to the pits.
18h34 Retirement of the #85 Spyker
The #85 Spyker Squadron b.v., Spyker C8 Laviolette of Dumbreck, Kelleners and Vasiliev which has been in the box since shortly after 6pm due to an engine oil leak, officially retired at 6:34pm due to engine failure.
18:40 Spin at Tertre Rouge for #19 Chamberlain-Synergy Motorsport, Lola Aer B06-10
18:40 The #19 Chamberlain-Synergy Motorsport, Lola Aer B06-10 is in the pits and for the first time in the race Amanda Stretton has taken over. However it was a very short stint when she hit the wall twice and stopped in a cloud of smoke.
- 18h58 #21 Epsilon Euskadi Judd of Nagano in trouble
#21 Epsilon Euskadi, Epsilon Euskadi Judd, driven by Nakano had a huge moment coming down the Mulsanne straight. The car got back to the pits and the team have replaced the steering wheel and paddle shift.
- 19h03 #23 Creation with gear selection trouble
The #23 Autocon, Creation Judd has been in the pits for sometime while the team look at problems with the gear selection mechanism. They have replaced the gear indicator sensor and the car is out again. It lost around twenty minutes.
- 19h16 #24 Courage still in the pits
The #24 Terramos, Courage Mugen is currently running 51st. The had car picked up a puncture which in turn ruined the rear suspension and dampers. The car has been in the pits for around two hours while the team rebuild it.
- 19h22 #14 Creation back in trouble
#14 Creation Autosportif Ltd, Creation Aim Ca07 troubled race goes on. They have so far made eight pitstops and they are in trouble again with another puncture.
- 19h33 #21 Epsilon needs new gearbox
The #21 Epsilon Euskadi, Epsilon Euskadi Judd has been in its garage for about 30 minutes while the team try to diagnose what is wrong with either steering or the gearbox. This was the car that had that huge moment on the Mulsanne Straight. The team has finally decided to replace the entire gearbox mechanism.

The team then spent twenty minutes sorting it all out but when the car rejoined it was seven laps behind the leaders.

All the cars are on the track and the teams will take the opportunity during these 45 mins to finalize their race settings.
