Depuis plusieurs décennies, Serpenti de Bulgari a marqué de son empreinte le monde de la création joaillière et horlogère.
Perpétuellement à son apogée, brillamment réinterprété au gré des inspirations créatives de la Marque, le thème universel du reptile a paraphé les plus belles pages de l’histoire du joaillier romain.
Bulgari a créé au cours des années nombre de variations subtiles et délicates dans la fabrication du bracelet Serpenti, combinant structure de métal précieux, sertissage de pierres, émaillage… tout en conservant évidemment toujours au chef-d’œuvre souplesse et flexibilité.
La dynamique de créativité revit en 2012 avec un talent intact. Serpenti s’inscrit dans la droite ligne de l’héritage historique de la Marque. Puisant son inspiration dans la collection patrimoniale de Bulgari et réinterprétée dans une approche contemporaine, cette nouveauté joaillière sophistiquée et charismatique coule sur le poignet, fluide et précieuse.
Habillé d’or 18 carats, le bracelet de Serpenti est façonné selon les techniques les plus traditionnelles de l’orfèvrerie, un savoir-faire d’excellence maîtrisé à la perfection par Bulgari.
Ce chef d’oeuvre tisse une structure diaphane d’or rose sur deux tours de poignet, habillée d’écailles en émail noir de jais ou blanc « coquille d’œuf », serties de diamants taille brillant.
Dans sa version 1 tour de poignet, les écailles sont en or rose serties de diamants. En dépit de sa complexité, cette construction assure une parfaite souplesse au porter.
Le prolongement naturel du bracelet est constitué du boîtier de la montre en forme de tête de reptile. Abritant un mouvement suisse à quartz personnalisé pour Bulgari, elle est sertie de part et d’autre de 6 diamants taille brillant (0.6cts) ceignant un cadran – en saphir noir ou nacre blanche selon la version - dont les 12 index sont également sertis de diamants.
La légende Bulgari, intense, se perpétue avec la figure symbolique du serpent, chef d’oeuvre d’orfèvrerie joaillière et icône contemporaine absolue. Serpenti : une histoire, une légende, une signature.
