Successful start for Jusuf Owega (20/Cologne) at round five of the ADAC GT Masters at the DEKRA Lausitzring. The Audi driver from the Montaplast by Land-Motorsport team was the only driver to dip below 1:22.000 minutes in the first free practice session, setting a fastest time of 1:21.986 minutes.


In doing so, the youngster from Cologne, at the wheel of the #29 Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evo II, showed that he and his partner Ricardo Feller (22/CH) are still a force to be reckoned with in the title race.



Konsta Lappalainen (21/FIN) and Mick Wishofer (22/A), in the #14 Lamborghini Huracán GT3 Evo of the Emil Frey Racing team, were second fastest, a little over a tenth of a second slower. Their team-mates Jack Aitken (26/GB) and Albert Costa Balboa (32/E) were third in the #63 Lamborghini.
