16:04 Trucks: A Dutch 1-2-3
Having set off first after his victory on yesterday’s special, Hans Stacey has not let anybody catch him on the way to Rosario. The Dutchman gains his 3rd stage victory on the Dakar 2015, but only by 18 seconds ahead of Marcel Van Vielt and 28 seconds in front of Gerard de Rooy, to make it an entirely Dutch top 3 today.
15:29 Trucks: Stacey moves into the lead at CP2
Five seconds behind Gerard de Rooy at CP1, Hans Stacey has now moved ahead of his countryman by 14 seconds. The two men are almost neck and neck after 231 km, whilst the general standings leader Airat Mardeev is only 40 behind.
14:37 Trucks: Nikolaev at a standstill after 207 km
Eduard Nikolaev, second in the general standings, ground to a halt after 207 km of the special for several minutes, probably due to skidding off the tracks. The Russian driver will now find it very difficult to claw back time from Airat Mardeev.

Still seeking a first stage victory on the Dakar 2015 after three second placed finishes, Gerard De Rooy has reached CP1 in the lead, with a small advantage of five seconds over Hans Stacey. However, after 126 km, there are eleven crews within a one minute bracket…
